Sometimes it is hard to understand – how fraud banks attract clients? Do not thousands of negative feed backs and reports frighten the potential clients? Or maybe some people are simply blind and deaf?

Customers say. Merrick Bank in the opinion of numerous customers is a criminal organization that takes advantage of people who cannot fight back. It is hard to imagine so many thieves in one place. Merrick Bank is considered to be a predatory lender. Customer service is non-existent with this organization. It is safe to say that they listen with one ear, but it goes out the other. In the end, they do nothing for you. They simply humor unsatisfied customers till those go away. This company has been convicted of criminal wrongdoing by the New York State Attorney General. Merrick Bank is not even a registered corporation in New York State. They do not have a registered business alias in New York State. The company is also not registered with the state banking department. It is not considered a “real” bank. Obviously, since it is a “credit card issuer”, it has obtained a special status. It can say it is a bank, yet never have to be a “real” bank and, it never has to register with the authorities. What a perfect place for such form of organized crime! Merrick bank charges incredibly high interest rates. If it takes over one’s account from another institution, its pattern is to raise the interest rate by a ridiculous amount and then to suddenly announce that a person has an annual membership fee that he/she may not have had before! Recently, the company has been sued for its misleading campaign of its Pre-Paid MasterCard. As a result Merrick had to shut down its Pre-paid accounts as well as its Revelation America debit card account.
Have you ever heard of such horror before? Stay careful, attentive and informed!
